Tuesday: Chicken Parmigiana, Smashed Red Potatoes, Mixed Greens, Toasted Maple Pecans and Goat Cheese Salad with Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette

Wednesday: Spinach and Mushroom Quiche, Tart and Sweet Coleslaw

Thursday: Asian Lettuce Wraps, Fried Rice, Sesame Chopped Salad

Friday: Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie, mixed green salad with any dressing made earlier in the week

Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: Antipasto Pitas, fruit salad
