Better, Cheaper, Safer Recipes - Furniture Polish
Here's a simple, inexpensive recipe for furniture polish. It's safe also.
Directions: Take cap off of club soda. Let stand at room temperature for several days to allow the soda to go flat. After soda is flat, using a funnel, put olive oil, essential oil (or lemon extract and extra olive oil) and vinegar in the spray bottle. Add enough club soda to fill the bottle.
The Lemon Club Furniture Polish
One 16-oz. spray bottle
funnel
club soda
2 teaspoons light olive oil
20 drops lemon essential oil (or 1 teaspoon pure lemon extract. plus one more teaspoon olive oil)
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar

To use: Swirl contents of bottle. Spray polish directly onto rag or furniture. Go over furniture with rag to polish.
Alternate uses: Use also for dust-mopping on hardwood floors; on leather furniture.
