Real Food Recipes - Mango and Cilantro Salad

3 yellow-green mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 bunch chopped cilantro
1 medium red onion
8 grape tomatoes, halved
juice from 1 freshly squeezed lime
1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
real salt and pepper to taste
2 avocados, peeled and sliced

Directions: Place mangoes, cilantro, red onions and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour lime juice over. Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Fold in the avocados last. Combine all ingredients. Add more seasoning to taste.
