Healthy Human Hygiene - Refreshing Thyme Mouthwash

This mouthwash not only freshens and cleans with natural, safe ingredients, it also whitens your teeth.

Better, Cheaper, Safer Thyme Mouthwash
2 ounces 80+ proof vodka
7 ounces filtered water
7 ounces 3-percent hydrogen peroxide
5-6 drops each of thyme and eucalyptus essential oils

Directions: To make: In a 2-cup measuring cup, blend vodka, filter water and hydrogen peroxide together. Add the essential oils. Using a funnel, pour into a 16-ounce plastic bottle.

To use: Take a small amount into mouth and swish around, holding mouthwash in mouth for about one minute while it foams and cleans teeth and gums. Do not swallow mouthwash.
